The Mattapoisett Animal Hospital provides a great working environment! We are currently seeking a full time veterinary technician and receptionist to join our family.
We are looking for a self motivated, hardworking individual, who is fun-loving yet professional.
Applicants must be friendly and enjoy working with people as well as with the animals.
We do not expect you to know everything, but we hope that you will have an eagerness to learn and build upon your skills.
This is a great opportunity for an applicant that has a flexible schedule and is able to work every other Saturday.
Some of the duties in the hospital include but are not limited to:
Familiarity with computers, telephone etiquette, multitasking, ability to be organized, venipuncture, assist in surgery, iv catheter placement, digital radiographs and always being a team player.
We require previous experience in the veterinary field, a cover letter, resume, and three references.
We look forward to hearing from you! Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, and Saturdays 8am-1pm.
